In Arequipa

Tourist Information Office, Municipal Building No. 112 (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.).

In Chivay

Ticket Control in Chivay, Entrance to Chivay s/n (Monday through Sunday, 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

Important payment method: Please note that credit cards are not accepted for payment of the Tourist Ticket; payment must be made in cash. Payment is made in cash before entering the Colca Valley.
