PAYMENT POLICY

At ANDINO PERU TOURS, we strive to offer transparency and flexibility in all our financial transactions. Below, we present our Payment Policy to guarantee a clear and secure experience for our clients:

1. Reservations and Confirmations

  • To confirm a reservation, we require an initial payment of 40% of the total cost of the tour, the payment will be made in US dollars.
  • We accept deposits through Western Union, MoneyGram.
  • Bank deposits, through Openpay (BBVA), specific details for this method will be provided through our sales team.
  • The remaining 60% of the payment must be made in cash on the first day of your arrival in Peru, in US dollars and delivered to the assigned staff.

2. Payment Methods

  • We accept cash payments upon arrival in Peru.
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer through Open Pay. Specific details and arrangements for this method will be discussed with our sales team.
  • We also accept deposits through Western Union and MoneyGram for booking confirmation.
  • We do not accept personal checks.

3. Booking Confirmation

  • Once the initial payment has been made, our sales team will send you a detailed confirmation email with the relevant information of your reservation.
  • If your reservation includes accommodation nights, hotel confirmation is subject to availability. If there is no space at the specified hotel, alternative accommodation of similar category and price will be provided.

4. Last minute reservations

We reserve the right to accept last minute reservations (up to 24 hours prior to arrival at destination). The special conditions of these reservations will be expressly indicated, including possible special schedules, and must be mutually agreed with the client.
