The tour to Pallcoyo Mountain begins very early—around 4:30 am—with a pickup from your hotel in the historic center of Cusco. We will head toward the town of Cusipata, located about 2 hours from Cusco, where we will stop to enjoy a delicious breakfast.
We will continue our journey for another hour until we reach the starting point of the hike. The hike, which lasts approximately one hour, takes you through stunning landscapes to Pallcoyo—a colorful mountain similar to the well-known Vinicunca (Rainbow Mountain). At Pallcoyo, you won’t just see one mountain, but three, each displaying different colors of the rainbow.
This route is accessible and does not require a high level of physical fitness. In addition to the colorful mountains, you will have the chance to explore a "stone forest" and take plenty of photos. Afterward, we will travel by vehicle back to the town of Cusipata for an exquisite buffet lunch. Finally, we will return to Cusco, arriving around 4:00 pm near the main square (Plaza Mayor).
