Our tour can start in the morning at approximately 08:00 a.m. or in the afternoon at approximately 02:00 p.m., pick up is arranged from your hotel to start a unique experience that will take you to discover the natural beauty of the Chilina Valley or the charm of the Sabandia Valley, both at 2400 meters above sea level.
On this exciting trip, horses will be ready and waiting to take you through a fascinating journey. During the ride, you will receive riding lessons and a detailed explanation on how to establish greater contact with our Paso horses, a unique opportunity to connect with these majestic animals.
The horseback ride will take you through a pleasant trail between pre-Inca terraces, crossing small rivers and giving you the opportunity to interact with the local people. In addition, you can marvel at the spectacular views of the Misti (5825m) and Chachani (6070m) volcanoes surrounding Arequipa, an experience that will leave a lasting impression on your memory.
For those with experience, the possibility of galloping along the river is offered, adding a touch of adrenaline to the adventure. Halfway along the way, we will make a strategic stop to rest and admire the beauty of the surroundings.
After approximately 2 and a half hours of horseback riding, we will return to the hotel in Arequipa, culminating this exciting experience in the midst of nature and local culture.
The Chilina Valley, with its more than 15 kilometers of extension, offers an exceptionally preserved natural environment, where the harmony between the agricultural sector and the wild beauty merge to give us breathtaking panoramic views.
