Our tour starts with the pick up at your hotel and we head to the chocolate factory, where you will live an enriching and delicious experience. The factory we will visit this time is the ChocoMuseo, located in Plaza Regocijo. This is where our day's adventure begins.
Upon arrival, the authorized staff will provide a brief explanation about the hygienic methods used in the preparation, and you will be provided with a cap to cover your hair and keep the facilities clean.Then, we will go on a guided tour through the fascinating process of chocolate making, giving you the opportunity to participate and understand the elaboration of this exquisite artisan chocolate.
During the tour, you will have the opportunity to taste the cocoa used in the production of chocolate from different regions of Peru. Afterwards, you will learn more about the characteristics, processes and applications of this cocoa in the creation of different types of chocolate.
Finally, we will go to the packaging process, where we will carry out the classification and packaging of the chocolates, ready for commercialization, which marks the end of this unique experience. It is important to mention that the estimated duration of this tour is around 2 hours and it is carried out in small groups of up to 6 people.
